December-March
Winter steelhead on the Sandy River

Spend the day actively casting light spinning gear for 6 to 20 pound Steelhead!

March-June
Spring Chinook on the Columbia River, Willamette River, and Multnomah Chanel. The best tasting salmon you will ever eat, these fish average 10-20 pounds.

June-July
Summer Chinook, and Summer Steelhead on the Columbia River. Enjoy Nice weather and great fishing. Some of the largest chinook of the year enter the river in June, sometimes these "June Hawgs" tip the scales at over 30 pounds!

August
Fall Chinook and Coho salmon In Astoria "Bouy 10"

This is the "HOLY GRAIL" of salmon fishing. Some of the best salmon fishing the west coast has to offer happens here.

September-November

Fall chinook in the Columbia River.

After the fish move from the coast and head up the river further inland, we chase the migration all the way from the Portland area, and further east into the scenic Columbia Rver Gorge. Also We Jump in the drift boat and fish the smaller coastal rivers at this time.

Other areas, Depending on the time of year, I do spend a little time on other coastal bays and rivers. Let me know if you have any questions regarding other fisheries and species of fish.
